Dr. Ashley Carrington

Physical Therapist
Ashley grew up in Gurnee, Illinois. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from University of Wisconsin- Madison in 2022. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2025. She currently lives in Madison, Wisconsin.
Ashley is passionate about helping her patients return to doing what they enjoy most and creating a strong patient-therapist relationship. She looks forwards to more continuing education including, but not limited to, dry needling certification, manual therapy techniques, and vestibular rehabilitation.
Ashley says patients often cannot participate in their normal activities or hobbies due to pain, limited mobility, or other musculoskeletal dysfunction, and she loves to do all she can to help patients return to their normal hobbies or activities.
She does not currently have any specializations and will treat anyone who walks through the door to the best of her ability.
Ashley enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions. She enjoys collaborating with her coworkers to provide the best care to all patients.
