Valerie was born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She moved to Wisconsin during her sophomore year of high school, where she attended Craig High School in Janesville. Valerie spent the last five years working in the pharmacy field and recently transitioned into patient care, allowing her to apply the extensive knowledge and experience she gained in her previous role.
Valerie is accredited in federal HIPAA law and compliance and has hands-on experience with prior authorizations, insurance verification, billing, and reimbursement processes. Her background ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in patient and administrative workflows.
Valerie works in front desk operations, patient care, and scheduling. She enjoys the team and leadership, citing bright colleagues, supportive management, and feeling heard through an open-door policy.
